Returns

Email aixiang-handicrafts@hotmail.com within 30 days of purchase for approval and the return address. Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Change-of-mind returns and refunds are unavailable for personalized/custom goods, perishables, personal care/cosmetics (including soaps), gift cards and sale items.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your delivery and contact us immediately with your order number and photos. Damaged or incorrect goods, including our personalization errors, qualify for free replacement within 3–5 business days after we receive the necessary information.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping for non-quality returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If we provide a return label, its cost is deducted once from your refund. For returns over $75, consider tracking or insurance; receipt cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

Within 3 business days of receiving your return, we inspect it and email the approval decision. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Bank posting times vary. If a refund is missing, check your account and payment provider, then contact us.
